Privacy Policy

GlowExam is an independent exam-preparation service operated by Dunapant Solutions LLC. This policy applies to the GlowExam mobile application, glowexam.com, and messages sent to support. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through our contact form.

You can use the app without creating an account. GlowExam stores study information locally so the app can personalize your route and remember where you stopped.

• The name or nickname you choose and onboarding answers such as license path, state, confidence, study time, exam timing, goals, and difficult topics.
• Your personalized study plan, completed lessons, test history, answers, scores, wrong answers, saved questions, and unfinished test progress.
• Language, sound, onboarding, review-prompt, and other app preferences.

The local study data described above is not sent to a GlowExam account or study-profile server, so we cannot view, retrieve, or delete it remotely for you.

You can remove it by using available reset controls, clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, or uninstalling the app. Because there is no GlowExam account, local progress may not be recoverable after deletion or when moving to another device.

GlowExam uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and determine whether Premium is active. RevenueCat creates and stores an anonymous app user identifier and processes purchase history, product, receipt or purchase token, transaction status, currency, and related app or device information needed for purchase functionality and analytics. Apple App Store or Google Play processes your store account and payment. GlowExam and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment-card number or banking credentials. Restoring a purchase asks the store and RevenueCat to verify the applicable entitlement.

The free practice test on glowexam.com processes answers in your browser and does not require an account. The site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or a third-party behavioral analytics service.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs—such as IP address, browser, device type, requested page, date, time, and error or security data—to deliver, protect, and diagnose the website.

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. Please do not send health, financial, government-ID, or other sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.

Information is processed only as needed to provide and secure the service, remember local preferences, validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud, diagnose technical problems, respond to support, measure product performance through purchase data, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by RevenueCat; Apple or Google; website hosting, security, and email providers; professional advisers; or authorities when required by law.

Each provider is limited to its role and is subject to its own contractual and privacy obligations. Apple and Google act independently for store accounts, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.

Local study data remains until you reset or remove it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Support messages are normally kept for up to 24 months after the issue is closed unless a longer period is needed for security, a dispute, or a legal requirement.

Purchase and transaction records are retained for the periods required for fraud prevention, accounting, consumer support, and legal compliance. Service providers apply the retention periods described in their policies and contracts.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information that identifies you, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us through our contact form from the address related to your request. We may ask for reasonable verification.

We cannot identify or retrieve local study data that never leaves your device. Store purchase, refund, and subscription requests may need to be handled directly by Apple or Google.

GlowExam is designed for people preparing for professional licensing exams and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information to support may contact us to request review and deletion.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information under our control, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. When required, international transfers use recognized legal safeguards such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections.

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or law changes. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. Material changes will be communicated in a proportionate way when required. Use our contact form for any question or request.
