GlowExam is operated by Dunapant Solutions LLC. These Terms govern the GlowExam mobile app, glowexam.com, and their educational content. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase Premium.

Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to purchases made through that store and control store billing, cancellation, and refund procedures.

GlowExam is an independent study and practice tool for written cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and nail-technology licensing exams. It is not a licensing board, examination provider, school, or government service and does not issue licenses, schedule exams, process applications, or provide official results.

GlowExam is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSI, NIC, Milady, Pivot Point, or any state licensing board. Verify current eligibility, exam format, fees, laws, and procedures with the relevant official board or exam provider.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

No GlowExam account is required. You are responsible for access to your device and for purchases made through your Apple or Google store account.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GlowExam for lawful, non-commercial study while you comply with these Terms and the applicable store rules.

Purchasing Premium grants access to the applicable features; it does not transfer ownership of the app, questions, explanations, software, brand, or artwork.

The free version includes a 40-question State Board test weighted to reflect the exam domains shown in the app. Questions may be reused from the same original question bank used by Premium forms.

Premium may include seven 100-question State Board forms, topic and specialty tests, practice across every study topic, detailed explanations, personalized progress, and tests built from mistakes or saved questions. The purchase screen and current app version show the exact features included at the time of purchase.

Weekly Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The localized price shown before confirmation is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renews every week until canceled. There is no free trial unless the purchase screen explicitly displays one.

Cancel through your store account before the renewal deadline stated by the store. Deleting GlowExam or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to store rules.

Lifetime Premium is a non-consumable, one-time purchase—not a subscription. It unlocks the Lifetime features offered in the purchased app for as long as GlowExam continues to make those features available and the app remains compatible with your supported store account and device.

“Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the GlowExam product and service, not the purchaser’s biological lifetime. It does not include unrelated future products, separate apps, or services unless expressly stated.

Prices, currency, taxes, promotional eligibility, and any introductory offer are displayed by the applicable store before purchase and may vary by region. The full amount shown in the store confirmation controls the transaction.

Use Restore Purchases if a valid entitlement does not appear. Do not purchase again before checking your store account. Apple or Google primarily handles billing disputes and refund requests under its rules, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

GlowExam practice questions and explanations are original educational content and are not copied from a live licensing examination. Exam requirements and professional standards can change, and content may contain an error or differ from the current exam.

Scores, readiness estimates, recommendations, and learning routes are informational. Using GlowExam does not guarantee eligibility, a passing result, employment, or a professional license. You remain responsible for checking official sources and deciding how to prepare.

Do not use GlowExam unlawfully or in a way that harms the service, providers, or other people.

• Do not scrape, automate, harvest, or reproduce a substantial portion of questions, explanations, images, or data.
• Do not resell, republish, sublicense, or present GlowExam content as your own, or use it to build a competing question bank.
• Do not bypass purchase checks, access controls, or technical limits; introduce malicious code; interfere with availability; or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may correct, update, add, replace, or remove content and features, and may perform maintenance or security work. Some features require internet access, a compatible operating system, an active store account, or an updated app version.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation or indefinite compatibility with every device. We will handle material paid-feature changes consistently with store rules and applicable consumer law.

GlowExam software, design, brand, mascot, illustrations, original questions, explanations, organization, and presentation belong to their respective owner or are used with authorization and are protected by applicable laws.

Public laws, official requirements, and public-domain material remain public. Our rights concern GlowExam’s original expression, selection, structure, and presentation.

GlowExam relies on services such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and website infrastructure providers, and may link to official boards or other external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for external content or availability beyond duties imposed by law.

GlowExam is provided with reasonable care and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or produce a particular licensing outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of local progress, decisions based solely on readiness estimates, external service outages, or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using GlowExam at any time, but must separately cancel an active Weekly subscription. We may limit access for material misuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or serious violation of these Terms, using a proportionate measure where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, stores, providers, or law. The current version and effective date will remain on this page, and material changes will be communicated when required.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law without removing mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Before starting a dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
